Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 14, 2026 · United States Operations

Sandbox Reference Architecture Notice: A sandbox, built in the open. Every partner is fictional and every quote is simulated: no real cover, contract or payment is created. Moltbound is not an insurer or broker, and nothing here is financial advice. United States only.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Moltbound (via web browser, developer REST API, or Model Context Protocol MCP server), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a business, you represent that you possess the authority to bind that entity.

2. Role of Moltbound

Moltbound operates as an agent consent, authorization, and checkout infrastructure rail. **Moltbound is not an insurance carrier, underwriter, or licensed producer.** We do not provide financial, legal, or insurance advice. Real policy binding is conducted exclusively through licensed partner institutions who integrate with our checkout protocol.

3. Human Mandate & Non-Delegable Consent

Moltbound enforces a strict cryptographic Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) protocol. Any purchase or binding financial action requires explicit biometric or security-key approval from the human principal. Autonomous agents are prohibited from circumventing human verification boundaries.

4. Developer & Agent API Guidelines

Developers connecting autonomous agents to Moltbound agree to:

  • Respect session concurrency caps and rate limits.
  • Refrain from transmitting real personal identifiers (Social Security Numbers, full birth dates, or unencrypted street addresses) during preliminary quoting stages.
  • Present quotes to end consumers without deceptive manipulation of pricing or terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable US law, Moltbound and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the reference architecture, APIs, or third-party partner quotes.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
